Prompt
Install Open WebUI (https://openwebui.com) on my machine.
1. Check the requirements: Python 3.11 or Docker; a model server (Ollama…) or an API key. If anything is missing, tell me before installing anything.
2. Follow the official method:
- Install with pip: pip install open-webui
- Run (then open http://localhost:8080): open-webui serve
- Or with Docker (http://localhost:3000): docker run -d -p 3000:8080 --add-host=host.docker.internal:host-gateway -v open-webui:/app/backend/data --name open-webui --restart always ghcr.io/open-webui/open-webui:main
3. Check that it works, then explain how to launch it and where to start.
Always review what your agent is about to run, especially install commands.
